Abstract

catch up

My computer is making a funny noise.  Allan and I need to get it fixed and looked at.  The last time we did it wasn’t fixed and we didn’t go back to get it fixed.  I wish we did, so we don’t have to worry about anything.  Today, I spent my time catching up on journals for Writing 101.  I didn’t journal writing can be so hard, especially when I wait a couple of days.  Tomorrow, I get my feedback on my essay and journals.  I’m nervous because I want my teacher to be impressed with how I wrote my essay.  He says I do a good job in class. 
My Math class is getting a little bit harder.  I’m finally catching up to what my math teacher is saying, I guess I mean I understand it.  We had our first quiz last week and we received the results last Wednesday.  I received 90 out of 100 which are more that I expected.  In math it seems I knew how a problem needs to be solved but could not get the correct answer.  But I guess my studying and reading ahead paid off. Which reminds me, I didn’t do that today.
Today, I enjoyed watching Different World while I did home work.  It took me longer to do homework though.  I’ve never watched it back in the 80’s but I bet it was a real hit.  I have bills to do, well I mean pay.  My friend Christina called today while I was watching TV.   We talked about her moving and certain issues that have happen.  About how some people are conniving and wont mind their own business.  I’m waiting for Allan to finish in the bathroom so; I can take a shower and do the bills while my hair is drying.  Also, there is still more laundry to be washed.  Last week’s laundry hasn’t been folded yet.  It’s so hard to get all this stuff done.  It’s definitely a change since we have been going to school.  Hope fully we learn to manage our time better to get things done.
