simple things
07.17.05 (2:16 pm) [edit]I'm happy to be home, to relax. My other half isn't home, I wish he was. This morning he woke and got ready for work. We didn't even have time to spend with eachother. All it takes is a long hug, to let the other person know that you appreaciate them. It's really that simple.
I just finished cleaning the the bathroom and I have been doing laundry and trying to get the clothes all done since today is Sunday. I washed the dishes also and finally got the kitchen in order. I sill have a couple of things to put away downstairs but I think it could wait. I haven't had time to do much yesterday since we have had so much shows this whole month.
I finally had time to sew a dress I have been meaning to sew. It turned out well and it something I can use when we have to wear aloha wear.
right now, i'm waiting for Joysha and her friend so we can go swimming.
Fourth of July
07.06.05 (5:01 pm) [edit]This how I Allan and I spent our fourth if July. Not everyone was there but it turned out well. I written a description about the set of pix. You can also mouse over them to see you they are of.
My sister and I decided to take a walk and take picturse @ the view from my mom’s hill. Christian and Andrew sporting the same glasses. Allan took picture of me while I was taking a picture of him. Pia posing with Allan.
It was time to light fireworks. We even tried it from Andrew’s skateboard. Christian and Andrew walked through the smoke to make it look like they were really close to the fireworks. J/P! My sister ran all over the place because she heard so much fireworks. Christian kept lighting fire works like it was nothing. Even my mom tried to help. Allan, Andrew and Christian going to the trunk of our car for more fireworks.
These are the only fireworks I could take a picture of. The ones in the air, I kept missing. Allan couldn’t convince me to light them so he gave me the sparklers. My sister Pia was too freaked out, you could even see her running around in the picture of me.
For some reason my sister, Pia was able to take a picture of the fire works in the sky and I wasn’t. She was still scared to stand with the sparkler, so I held on too her. I asked her to take a pic of Allan and I. There was so much smoke and suit that the picture looks blurry and I couldn’t even see. Christian and Andrew still had there sun glasses on and were chillin’ by the van. My mom was watching us from the corner of the house. Two police cars rolled by and we stopped lighting fireworks and we still had some left.
After going back in, my mom was peeling the eggplant she BBQed. I made rootbeer floats for everyone while my sister played with the Digi Cam. Pia and I figured out that my camera had a timer. The boys were playing the xbox. Andrew is ALWAYS smilin’, showing them pearly whites… while Christian tried to keep a straight face and my babe looked mean. Allan and I tried to take pics but one of us kept making faces.
Pia and I decided to take more pics and experiment with my camera. The pic I took by myself ended up having my sister’s foot sticking out of my boob. Then she finally decides to take a pic with me and of course what do we do? Take pics like gangsta’s… haa haa! It was 12:30 AM and we decided to take make signs with our feet. You can see our version of Westside. Last, we spent 5 five minutes trying to make a heart and when we succeeded there was a tampax box in the side!
